What is LED?
LED stands for Light Emitting Diodetion. LED strips have been very popular in the world market for several years for several reasons. Here are some of them:

How do I order?
What is the procedure for ordering a product? You need to fill in our work order (download it here: https://led123.ca/Content/Form/wo_fr.pdf) and send it to us by e-mail: ventes@led123.ca. A price quote will be sent to you.
How long does it take to get a quote?
The usual delay is between 24 and 72 hours. This time is necessary to check the information and documents received (work order); prepare and finalize the submission; send it to the applicant. Updating the submission takes a maximum of 24 hours.
How do I pay for my order?
The order can be paid on the spot at the company or after delivery, by online interac transfer or by bank transfer.
Do you perform the installation?
Yes, we offer this possibility. It can be included in the quote but is optional. Our clients are free to hire any contractor of their choosing. Alternatively, we can recommend a local contractor.
Tracking an order
What are the delivery times?
LED123 undertakes to use its best efforts to ship and deliver within a reasonable time and to notify the Customer of any delay. Products that do not require assembly are shipped within 1 business day. For small and medium sized orders, which require assembly, delivery is also within 3-10 working days. Some products are made to order and the lead time is 4-8 weeks.
What is the company's return policy?
Customers wishing to return merchandise must contact us by phone for approval. Goods must be returned with a copy of the invoice and the authorization number. Any product returned without an authorization number will be rejected and returned to you at your expense. You have a period of 14 days following receipt of the goods to request an exchange.
What if there is a problem with my order?
If there is a problem, the customer can call technical support and they will be contacted as soon as possible. If the products have been received and there is an error on our part, we are responsible for the shipping costs (return and reshipment, plus modification costs).
